• Dandenong site based• Looking for a hands-on and passionate Leader• Great Opportunities for career development and training Reporting to the Reliability Manager, we are currently seeking a Reliability Supervisor based at our Dandenong site. Working hours will be on a Monday – Friday on day shifts.This is leadership role where you’ll combine technical expertise with team management to ensure plant reliability, minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement. Purpose of the Role • Ensure best practice engineering is embedded at the Dandenong site to maximise the plant availability, overseeing repairs and maintenance for the plant equipment and site services.• Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Fitters and Electricians Coordinators.• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and reliability improvements• Form a strong partnership with production to problem solve and achieve maximum plant utilisation.• Drive safety compliance and foster a strong safety culture• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence About You The ideal candidate will have: • At least 5+ years experience in a Maintenance Supervisory role in a FMCG environment will be highly regarded• Trade qualified Mechanical or Electrical required• Working knowledge and experience of PLC • Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvement• Highly organised, able to think strategically as well as problem solve• Strong ability to build effective internal and external working relationships at all levels• Strong adherence to focus on safety (food safety and people safety) Why Join Us?
