Tanggung Jawab:

• Melaksanakan daily inspection termasuk tren/OOS/trend to failure/data ketidak akuratan dan memberikan tindakan untuk mempertahankan fungsi dan keandalan mesin utility.
• Melaksanakan semua program preventive maintenance dengan sumber daya yang cukup dan berkualitas termasuk: conditional maintenance (check list, condition monitoring), preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, dan run to failure.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan pada peralatan yang telah diservis untuk memverifikasi penyelesaian pekerjaan dan mencatat kualitas maintenance yang dilakukan.
• Melakukan pemantauan kondisi pada setiap peralatan untuk memastikan kondisi saat ini dan menyiapkan tindakan tindak lanjut jika ditemukan abnormalitas.
• Implementasi program CI (Continuous Improvement) dan process excellent program.
• Mengumpulkan inisiatif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan peralatan pabrik dan sistem utilitas secara keseluruhan, termasuk mengurangi konsumsi energi.
• Support untuk improvement nilai OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
• Implementasi sistem dan prosedur manajemen EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety).
• Implementasi sistem dan prosedur manajemen Kualitas.

Kualifikasi Dasar:

• SMK atau D3 di bidang Elektro, Elektronik, dan Mekanik.
• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di posisi engineering/utility teknisi dalam peran gabungan Teknik/Pemeliharaan/Proyek.

Kualifikasi yang Diutamakan:

• Mampu menggunakan komputer, terutama dalam MS Office.
• Terampil dan berintegritas.
• Pengalaman dalam berbagai kegiatan teknik dan pemeliharaan.
• Memiliki tingkat fleksibilitas yang sesuai.
• Pengetahuan dalam Teknik, Pemeliharaan, EHS, dan GMP.
