POSITION SUMMARY:  Highly skilled industrial maintenance and reliability technician responsible for advanced troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement of plant equipment and systems. This role serves as a technical expert and mentor to lower-level technicians and plays a key role in improving equipment uptime, reliability, and safety.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision and direction of the Plant & Maintenance Manager, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily: * Lead and support the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs for assigned equipment. * Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs. * Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Create, update, and enforce maintenance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reliability best practices. * Mentor and train Reliability Technician I and II employees. * Perform complex installations, rebuilds, and upgrades of industrial machinery and systems. * Conduct vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and other condition-monitoring techniques as required. * Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams on equipment modifications and reliability improvements. * Inspect, test, and validate machinery performance following repairs or modifications. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). * Work with the maintenance department to order or fabricate machine parts, jigs & fixtures, blades, and tools needed to maintain assigned equipment. * Operate welding and cutting equipment to fabricate or repair components as required. * Support plant safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. * Attend maintenance, safety, and facility meetings as required.   QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.   EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:  * Certification from a technical school or equivalent advanced training in industrial maintenance or reliability engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Minimum of 5+ years of industrial maintenance or reliability experience in a manufacturing environment. * Advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience required. * Experience with PLC troubleshooting and control systems preferred. * Prior forklift certification with the ability to re-certify to PPC standards required. * Proficient computer skills, including CMMS systems and Microsoft Office.     REQUIRED SKILLS: The skills, attributes, and environment described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
