Our client is a mission-driven nonprofit organization seeking a Relias LMS Consultant to support the administration, optimization, and user training of their Relias Learning Management System. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and key resource in ensuring that staff can effectively use Relias for compliance, onboarding, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Relias LMS administrator or consultant.
  • Strong background in instructional technology, training, or adult learning.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to train users of all skill levels.
  • Familiarity with compliance tracking, certifications, and LMS analytics.
  • Experience working with nonprofits or healthcare organizations is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of e-learning best practices and accessibility standards.
  • Experience developing training content.
  • Project management or change management experience a plus
Responsibilities

LMS Management

  • Administer the Relias LMS platform, including user accounts, course assignments, and permissions.
  • Configure and maintain training modules, certifications, and learning paths.
  • Generate and analyze reports for compliance tracking and training completion.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and serve as liaison with Relias support as needed.

User Training & Support

  • Deliver onboarding sessions and training for new LMS users.
  • Create user guides and tutorials tailored to staff needs.
  • Conduct live and virtual training for learners, managers, and administrators.
  • Provide one-on-one or group support for ongoing Relias use.

Process Improvement

  • Assess current LMS usage and recommend improvements for efficiency and impact.
  • Assist with optimizing workflows for training delivery and compliance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with HR, compliance, and program leads to align LMS use with organizational goals.
