ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a Relief Branch Manager to join our team. This is a relief cover role involving travel to all 24 Merityre sites across the Thames Valley area. There is no set job location, the successful candidate could be asked to visit any of our 24 sites on any given day. The rota is released at the beginning of each month. The Relief Branch Manager will be required to travel to the designated site for the day and manage operations.
The Branch Manager is responsible for all operations and staff management. This will involve but not limited to:
Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 17:00. One rota day off during the week for three out of four weeks and one Saturday off one week in four. No Sunday working.
