The successful Guest Services Managers, also known as Manager on Duty, must be familiar with Gaming Regulations and casino floor operations (slots). This position provides support to all departments and is responsible for resolving guest service issues. Excellent guest service skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. Computer literacy (excel, word) is required. ATI and LGS systems experience a plus. Full time position; must be able to obtain and maintain gaming and beverage cards. Flexible for shift availability. Salary depends on experience. (must be 21) Requirements Must be 21 years of age and be able to obtain a Gaming License.
