RELIEF CHEF MANAGER

Cheltenham / Stroud
We are seeking to recruit a Full Time Relief Chef Manager to work as part of the catering team across all Lilian Faithfull Care Sites.
As a Relief Chef Manager you will be responsible for travelling across all the Lilian Faithfull Sites and providing cover for a full catering service as agreed with the group catering manager & the home manager for our residents. You will ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standard, whilst ensuring all work areas are kept clean.You will ensure all HACCP (Hazards analysis critical control points) forms are completed for all equipment and food as per company policy
You will also help to ensure that legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Health and Safety & Food Safety law for all Residents, Staff and Visitors.
Please note shifts do include weekends
Full training will be provided to give you a better understanding of working in a care environment.
A driving licence would be beneficial as traveling is required between all Lilian Faithfull Sites.
