Your Role
As Relief Chef Manager, you will step in during periods of leave and absence, taking full ownership of our catering operations. Your role includes inspiring teams, delivering high-quality food, and ensuring full compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing catering team
  • Deliver large-scale catering (400+ meals per lunch/dinner service)
  • Manage food production and service to the highest standards
  • Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and environmental standards
  • Manage stock, control costs, and complete all required financial reporting
  • Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed
