Oulton Park is one of the UK’s most historical race circuits, owned and operated by the Motorsport Vision Group (MSV). Throughout the 2025 race season Oulton Park will play host to some of the UKs biggest motor racing championships including the Bennetts British Superbikes, British GT & BTCC.
As part of our commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience at Oulton Park Circuit, we are looking to further enhance our Catering and Hospitality service and are seeking a motivated and hardworking Part Time Relief Chef to join the Catering team in a seasonal position offering around 20 hours a week over our promoted event weekends (On average 2/3 weekends a month)

MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Working with our Head Chef to assist in the preparation and cooking of our hospitality and restaurant catering options
• Working with our Hospitality Manager to ensure food arrives in the suites timely and of a high quality
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment ensuring food hygiene standards are adhered to
• Working with current & up to date hospitality menus across an Multiple- kitchen environment.

• Experience of working within a professional catering environment
• Experience maintaining an extremely clean and tidy working area.
• Educated to current food hygiene standards
• Ability to work across both weekends and evenings
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an experience catering team
  This is a seasonal Relief Chef position offering on average 20 hours a week between March – October on our promoted event weekends (Roughly 2/3 weekends a month). Due to the location of the circuit, a full UK driving licence is also required.
