We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef for our contracts in the Gorey area. Working five over seven days, daytime hours, 40 hours a week
Garda Vetting is a requirement for employment.
Some of the duties and responsibilities are as follows:
To prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
To supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.
To work and order products within agreed budgets as set out by the company.
To compile menu cycles on a monthly basis.
To operate the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.
