We’re looking for a talented and experienced Relief Chef Manager to join our team and support our dynamic operations across London.
This is a mobile role, perfect for someone with a hospitality or staff dining background at Sous Chef or Chef Manager level, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys variety in their work.
You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and have the freedom to create bespoke menus that reflect your creativity and culinary flair.

Responsibilities
  • Cover Sous Chef and Chef Manager absences due to holiday, sickness, or vacancies
  • Support new site mobilisations and troubleshooting at underperforming locations
  • Prepare food using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch to company brand standards
  • Design seasonal, bespoke menus with local and regional suppliers
  • Ensure food costings, company bookwork, and compliance documentation are completed accurately
  • Uphold the highest standards in food hygiene, allergen management, and health & safety
