Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As Relief Duty Manager, in the NSW portfolio, you will work at one of our properties to lead, motivate and support our front office teams during times of annual leave, secondments and high occupancy periods.
On property the role will focus on overseeing daily hotel operations, and ensuring smooth and efficient service during the shift.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the hotel and front office team members
  • Coordinate tasks for each shift and delegate to receptionists
  • Ensure smooth delivery of the daily check-in/check-out process, using CRM and correct cashiering procedures.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently and with a positive attitude.
  • Provide management with daily financial and yield reports
  • Assist with team rosters ensuring effective coverage whilst maintaining cost effectiveness
  • Respond and Coordinate emergency situations.
