Job Role: Relief Housekeeper (24441)
Location: Bingley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £12.53, per hour, plus benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday (10 hours per week)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Customer service - a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face to face environment.
• Communication - a natural communicator, warm and friendly and able to make customers feel valued
• Health & Safety - an understanding of the importance of health & safety, experience of dealing with challenging or emergency situations
• Organisation - organised, methodical and able to prioritise tasks effectively
• Personal - an outgoing personality, with the ability to build professional relationships with colleagues and customers, self-motivated, pro-active, team oriented, and innovative.

• Vacuum, dust, and spot clean all common areas, hallways, and patios, paying special attention to the main entry area. Specific items to check are carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
• Perform general household cleaning duties, including the changing of bed and bath linens and the removal of sealed rubbish bags, as required
• Deep clean communal areas and apartments as needed.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
• Complete any other tasks as required by the management team following appropriate training guidelines.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and well-stocked.
