REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (oral & written)
· Strong leadership abilities
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (both customer and technical)
· Ability to multi-task; manage and prioritize tasks and activities effectively and efficiently
· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a management team
· Cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

· 1-2 years of experience in a theatre, fast-food, restaurant, retail or similar environment
· 1-2 years of managerial experience in a theatre, fast-food, restaurant, retail or similar environment is considered an asset

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

· Secondary School Diploma or current student

Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a dedicated team of employees, including assigning tasks
· Provide an exceptional customer experience, including handling any customer inquiries and/or issues
· Responsible for handling cash and exporting nightly cash, box office and concession reports
· Assist with working theatre attendant positions, including cleaning all areas of the theatre (lobby, concession, auditoriums and washrooms)
· Responsible for handling technical issues that may arise
