Job Details Job Location: Gardendale, TX 79758 Salary Range: $25.50 - $27.00 Hourly Job Shift: Swing Duties and Responsibilites: Assist with rigging up and rigging down casing equipment: Ensure all equipment is properly set up and taken down safely. Monitor casing operations: Oversee the casing process to ensure it is performed correctly and safely when crew supervisor is on break. Troubleshoot equipment: Identify and resolve any issues with casing equipment to maintain smooth operations. Maintain communication: Work closely with rig personnel and supervisors to ensure clear and effective communication. Ensure safety compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned: Be flexible and ready to take on additional tasks as needed. Qualifications Requirements: Previous experience in casing operations or similar roles is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read and comprehend instructions, and basic hand tool proficiency. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and endure outdoor weather conditions. Availability: Must be available for 24-hour on-call duty and willing to work extended hours. Personal Traits: Self-motivated and a strong work ethic. Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to rise to challenges and develop creative solutions.
