Relief Pharmacist – Virtual Diabetes Care (Surrey-Based)
Up to $70/hr | Tech-Enabled Pharmacy | Monday–Friday | Low Script Volume
We’re hiring a Relief Pharmacist for a 2-month assignment with a digitally enabled, specialty pharmacy in Surrey, BC. This role is focused on supporting patients living with diabetes through virtual care interactions via secure, in-app communication channels.

Location: Surrey, BC
Duration: ASAP start | 2-month contract with possible extension
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
System: Kroll
Dispensing Volume: Fewer than 100 prescriptions/day
Focus: Diabetes care support, virtual patient communication, and order accuracy

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
• Interest in virtual care models and chronic disease support
• Comfortable using Kroll
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (in-app chat & documentation)
• Detail-oriented and efficient in managing low-volume workflows with precision

• Prior experience supporting patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes is a bonus, but not required
