About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Newfoundland and Labrador on a 6-month contract. This is a full-time opportunity with an excellent hourly rate, offering the chance to make an immediate impact in a supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions in compliance with federal and provincial regulations
Provide professional consultation and patient counseling on medications, dosage, and side effects
Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care
Support daily pharmacy operations including inventory management and workflow optimization
Qualifications
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in Newfoundland and Labrador
Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
