Description

Sydney Metro & Regional | Leadership Across Multiple Communities | Projects and Operations
Every week is different as you step into leadership roles across multiple villages and communities in Sydney Metro and Regional areas, with the flexibility to travel interstate when required.
At Levande, we create vibrant, connected communities where residents feel at home, and we need a leader who can make that happen across multiple locations.
We’re looking for a Relief Village & Project Manager who can confidently lead village operations when permanent managers are on leave, while also delivering projects that drive innovation, enhance resident satisfaction and improve operational efficiency. You’ll report to the Area Manager and work closely with the Operations Leadership Team, Village Managers, and support services.

Why you’ll love this role

  • Every week brings variety as you take on leadership roles across diverse villages and communities.
  • Your leadership makes a visible impact, ensuring smooth operations, happy residents, and high-performing teams.
  • You’ll shape the future by delivering strategic projects in asset management, operational excellence, and community engagement.

In this role, you will

  • Lead people, operations, and customer experience in a variety of village settings.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with residents, committees, contractors, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with the Retirement Villages Act (Victoria and NSW), WH&S legislation, and Levande policies.
  • Partner with Area Managers and the Operations Leadership Team to deliver regional and organisational goals.
  • Take on projects that enhance efficiency, sustainability, safety, and resident satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, support asset maintenance planning, and monitor operational performance.

You’ll bring

  • Leadership experience in Retirement Living, property or asset management, hospitality, or a service-led environment.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence working with legislation, budgets, and compliance processes.
  • Desirable: Experience managing multiple sites and delivering operational improvement projects.

Benefits of working at Levande

  • My Day – an additional day of paid leave each year just for you.
  • Grandparents Leave – time off to create special memories with your grandchildren.
  • We Shine Recognition Program – be acknowledged for the great work you do.
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Program for personal and professional well-being.
  • Opportunities to contribute to sustainability and community initiatives.
  • Supportive team culture with a focus on collaboration and professional growth.

If you’re ready for a role where your leadership, adaptability, and people skills will be valued every single day, apply now and bring your expertise to multiple communities across Sydney
