Ensure the safety of people, property, and assets at all times.: Patrolling key areas Managing gatehouse operations Responding to alarms and incidents Deliver exceptional customer service, making clients feel safe and supported. Support colleagues and sites at short notice, offering flexibility and reliability. Work across a portfolio of corporate sites, gaining experience in different environments. Job Description What you'll be doing: Monitoring alarms, CCTV, and conducting patrols. Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption. Delivering exceptional customer service. Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches. Maintaining accurate records and following assignment instructions. Qualifications What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have: Essential: A valid SIA licence. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends, and be available to work at short notice. The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history. Full UK driving licence and own transport. Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken. Prior experience as a Security Officer in the security industry. No current criminal convictions.
