Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies. Maintain accurate records and reports in line with company standards. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Essential Criteria Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends. Own transport is essential due to the nature of the role. Must be a UK national to meet vetting requirements. Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors. Conducting regular safety and security patrols. Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches. Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption. Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.
