REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of security experience, New SS Grade welcome to apply.
• PLRD Licensed (Supervisor Grade or above)
• Willing to cover various locations within the Town area
• Willing to accept roles below current PWM rank when required
• Strong leadership, communication, and situational response skills
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Physically fit, punctual, and reliable

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and flexible NIGHT Relief Security Supervisor to join our operations team. This role is ideal for experienced Supervisors who enjoy dynamic work environments and are prepared to cover multiple premium sites across the Town area.
You will be required to relieve duties at various client locations, and may need to step into roles below your PWM rank when necessary to support ground operations.
All pay offered is guaranteed above PWM salary benchmarks, and reflects the intensity and nature of each site assignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume supervisory or officer duties as needed across commercial, retail, and mixed-use buildings
• Manage daily security operations, including deployment, access control, and patrol
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and customer service escalations
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless site coverage
• Supervise and mentor junior officers during relief assignments
• Maintain accurate occurrence reports and adhere to site SOPs
• Support start-of-shift briefings and post inspections
