The Enlightened Hospitality Group is looking for a RELIEF SENIOR CHEF to join the group to support our kitchen teams across our west of Scotland venues.
Contract includes: Paid weekly / Mileage Allowance / Share of Gratuity
The candidate will have a passion for working with fresh ingredients and amazing hospitality. These are large busy venues with a range of menus to cater for lunch, dinner, events, afternoon teas.
We offer salary or hourly rate pro-rata negotiable depending on experience and the option to join the company Pension Scheme.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Senior Chef experience of volume kitchens.
• Food hygiene Certificate.
• NVQ in Professional Cookery and Food Preparation.
• Excellent knowledge of all HACCP, COSHH and Health and Safety in the workplace.
• Ability to manage weekly reporting of wages/GP’s/Cash margin.
• Excellent coaching skills

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, stock rotation, and cleanliness of the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
• Assist in menu planning, including the development of new recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Cater for special events as required, ensuring all dietary requirements are met.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen at all times.
• Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive learning environment.
