As a relief colleague, you will play an important part in our team, ensuring that we still provide the best care and support possible during times of staff training, holidays and absence.
You’ll become part of a friendly, close-knit and dedicated team who support four adults with learning and physical disabilities to live in their own shared home. The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same.
Your main aim will be supporting each individual with their day to day needs, including personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework and medication.
As all of the individuals love to get out and be part of their local community, you’ll also find yourself getting involved in activities like the cinema, musicals, gardening, cars and going for walks to name a few.
