Creative Support, a dynamic and fast-growing not-for-profit organisation, provides high-quality care to individuals with diverse needs. We’re looking for warm, caring, and proactive Relief Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Firsbrook House in Wolverhampton.
You’ll offer person-centred care and support throughout the night, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for individuals with mental health needs in this 24-hour supported living service. Firsbrook House comprises 36 flats, supporting both general needs and individuals requiring 1:1 assistance with daily living skills, health and medication prompts, and emotional or practical support.
As part of a motivated team, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively to ensure residents enjoy fulfilling lifestyles. Your unique ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and to defuse situations will be invaluable.
The service is in a convenient location in the Whitmore Reans area, close to shops and accessible by public transport, with free on-site parking.
As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you’ll access our free app to pick up shifts nationwide, with clear service and shift details, including directions. Weekly pay and the flexibility to fit shifts around your lifestyle.
At least twelve months prior experience supporting people with mental health needs is essential . You should be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and bring a calming presence.
