Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Relief Support Workers to join our incredible team in Halifax
As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
Its a busy house with four people living here. We are all have very different personalities. We are looking for positive , happy, inclusive, kind person to join our team. We would like someone with a sense of humour and a can do attitude.
Reliability is a must as we plan our days and 1:1s in advance and it is really important to us that these days go ahead.
We like: Shows, bowling, Cinema, eating out, drives out, car dealerships, social groups, music, DVD, TV, arts and crafts, snooker and are open to suggestions on other activities.

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
Days: Between 09:30- 21:00, 09:30- 20:00, 09:30- 18:00
Sleep-in 23:30-07:00 , 07:00-10:00
There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70
