SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Prior leadership experience in Retirement Living, Community Housing, or Aged Care
  • Strong customer service ethos and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to juggle complex, competing priorities
  • Experience with budgeting, audits, and compliance reporting
  • Excellent communication, planning, and team management ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Current Western Australian C Class Driver’s Licence
  • National Police Clearance (issued within 6 months) or valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Proof of current COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccinations

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a flexible, experienced, and proactive Relief Village Manager to ensure continuity of leadership and care across our retirement villages. You will step into the role of Village Manager or Sales Manager in their absence, ensuring operations run smoothly, residents feel supported, and villages remain compliant, welcoming, and engaging.
As the first point of contact for residents and staff during relief periods, you’ll provide trusted leadership, uphold high service standards, and contribute to the well-being and vibrancy of our communities.
