About the role The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to: Patrol premises regularly Monitoring surveillance cameras and equipment Authorize entrance of people and vehicles Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel and visitors Report any suspicious behaviours and happenings to supervisors Respond to alarms or suspicious noises, and react in a timely manner Submit reports of daily surveillance activity Skills & experience Current SA Security License and Driver's license Certificate 2 and /or Certificate 3 in Security Operations Physical stamina and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
