Description
Job Title: Airmen Ministry Center (AMC) Director Location: Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan Qualifications: Minimum Associate’s Degree or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience working in a ministry setting with diverse young adults. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all AMC programs and events in collaboration with the AMC Chaplain. Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to support AMC operations and Chapel programs. Manage day-to-day operations of the AMC and ensure volunteer coverage for posted hours. Plan and execute an annual calendar, budgets (CTOF and APF), and resource needs. Promote Chapel programs and provide AMC briefings to First Term Airmen Course (FTAC).
