Description

Relocation Management Company seeking a Relocation Administrator with Real Estate Operations experience. You will work with our team of Consultants and Administrators to provide services for both the Corporation and their Employees. You are a critical thinker with sound recommendations and can work within firm timelines. You are very familiar with expense management and use of budgets. You will assist with the sale of the employee’s homes, vacant property management and arranging temporary and permanent housing at the destination.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High level of real estate and/or property management skills.
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills with the ability to rank work in a fast paced, high volume team environment
  • Must prioritize workload while multitasking and meeting tight deadlines
  • Able to be creative and provide best advice to employee on how to use their budgets and how to submit expenses
  • Excellent business writing and oral communication skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with detailed review of property updates and problem-solving skills
  • Be proactive and make strong recommendations to the Corporations
  • Effective negotiating skills, and review of current real estate markets.
  • Have PR status or be a Canadian citizen due to level of clearances required
  • College / University degree in Business Administration/HR or related field
    Bilingualism is a definite asset

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth property analysis and guidance to the Consultant using the highest level of customer care.
  • Work directly with Consultant to deliver approved services to each employee is a timely and sensitive manner
  • Preparing Differential Studies as requested
  • Analyze real estate markets, research house values, write clear decisive reports and provide sound recommendations for each file
  • Ensure all suppliers are complying with our SLAs and KPIs for each corporation
  • Work with clients to support relocation programs dealing with budgets
  • Review expenses and provide current CRA/IRS ruling for expense reimbursement
  • Examine and approve expenses for submission to accounting
  • Detailed computer proficiency to ensure quality data entry and report generation
  • Knowledge of excel and other programs a must
