About the role
As a relocation consultant, you’ll be joining our team to advise and guide clients throughout the entire relocation process. Whether it’s in selecting and viewing suitable homes (in person or virtually) or accompanying clients and their families to all their appointments, we’re there for our clients when they need us in the process. Additionally, you’ll be managing the rental process on their behalf, negotiating and checking contracts in our client’s best interest.

Our ideal candidate for the relocation consultant role;
Proactive, with a hands-on mentality, and an eye for details.
We work with people going through an important stage of their life, therefore we’re looking for an empathetic, enthusiastic, motivated, and outgoing individual with strong social skills.
While English fluency is essential to us, being fluent in Dutch is surely a plus. Can’t speak Dutch? Applicants without Dutch language skills will also be considered.
Flexible, with organizational skills, excellent customer service, and administrative skills.
Experienced and excellent driver with driver’s license B (must!) and basic knowledge of Amsterdam area, streets, and neighborhoods.
Knowledge of AMS housing law and tenancy agreements is highly desirable
