We are looking for a Relocation Consultant to join our company and work in Perth. Immediate start available.
Australian Relocation Managers (ARM) is a division of The Lifestylers Group Pty Ltd. The Lifestylers Group has been relocating busy executives to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth since 2005.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Have relocated yourself
  • Experience as a Relocation Consultant
  • Current driver’s license
  • Late model motor vehicle in good condition
  • Flexibility to travel and work in ALL Metropolitan areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills.
    Experience in the realestate industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities may include (but not limited to):

  • Liaise with the client
  • Conduct property research and short-list rental properties based on a client brief
  • Present property options to clients
  • Liaise with real-estate agents to book property inspection appointments
  • Collect clients from their airport, hotel, office or other location and accompany them to inspect rental properties
  • Conduct suburb familiarization tours with clients
  • Assist clients with the completion of their tenancy application forms
  • Assist clients with the signing of their lease agreement and the collection of keys
  • Assist clients with their utilities connection requirements
  • Departure assistance, as required
  • Other duties are required.

You may also need to provide specific information (as required) regarding:

  • Education, Child Care, Recreation and Lifestyle differences
  • Cultural aspects
  • Local council and
  • Banking, Driver’s license, Medical and other administrative information.

Because of the nature of the industry, we have busy and quite periods throughout the year.
The hours worked per week will vary considerably from assignment to assignment so it is therefore critical that you are able to work flexible hours and are not looking for consistent/set hours each week.
Most hours worked will be within 8am and 6pm.
Some Saturday and Sunday work and after hours work is required.
