We are seeking a Relocation Coordinator in Kentwood, MI who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. Rehab Relocation Coordinators are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing resident relocation activities during property rehabilitation projects. Ensures compliance with housing regulations, maintains clear communication with residents, and minimizes disruption to daily life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement relocation plans in coordination with property management and construction teams
• Communicate relocation timelines, expectations, and support services to residents
• Assist residents with packing, transportation, and temporary housing arrangements
• Ensure compliance with HUD and local housing authority guidelines
• Maintain detailed records of relocation activities and resident interactions
• Resolve relocation-related issues and provide ongoing support throughout the rehab process
