We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Relocation Manager to oversee the resident relocation process during the renovation of 3 LIHTC properties undergoing re-syndication. This is a critical role ensuring smooth transitions for residents while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Resident Relocation: Manage relocation for residents impacted by property renovations. Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal teams; provide clear and timely updates. Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of all relocation activities in accordance with LIHTC and HUD guidelines. Scheduling & Logistics: Organize move-out and move-in schedules, temporary housing arrangements, and transportation as needed. Problem Resolution: Address resident concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Collaboration: Work closely with property management, construction teams, and compliance teams to align relocation efforts with project timelines. Qualifications Experience: Prior experience in property management, relocation coordination, or similar roles preferred. Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in record keeping and documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Knowledge: Familiarity with LIHTC regulations and re-syndication processes is a plus. Additional Details Duration: Temporary role for 3–5 months, with potential for permanent placement based on performance and project needs.
