At Packimpex, we’re redefining global mobility. With offices across Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, the UK, and Switzerland, we provide comprehensive relocation services that support expatriates and international companies with everything from pre-hire orientation tours to home search, school search, immigration, and settling-in services.
As we expand our team in Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Relocation Manager to support international transferees and their families as they transition to Ireland.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Full-cycle Relocation Support: Coordinate and manage all aspects of our relocation services
Customer-Focused Service: Provide expert guidance to clients and their employees, ensuring a seamless and
positive relocation experience
Liaising with Clients and Partners: Act as the main point of contact between clients, their employees, and our relocation network, handling all logistical and administrative tasks
End-to-End Process Management: Oversee everything from initial order preparation to invoicing, feedback, and project completion
Deliver Excellence: Ensure the accurate and consistent execution of client services and policies, always aiming to exceed customer expectations

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Relocation & Global Mobility Experience: While experience in the relocation or global mobility industry is ideal, we’re also looking for a customer-centric professional who is eager to learn
International Mindset: A passion for working in an international environment and interacting with diverse cultures
Knowledge of the Irish Market: Familiarity with the Irish rental market and arrival processes is a plus
Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Self-motivated, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Communication Skills: Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office and open to learning new software
