Job Description We have a unique leadership opportunity to join our Water Line of Business as a Group Director. Inspiring our industry leading and highly motivated team of Water and Geotechnical professionals in delivering critical diverse Water projects throughout Australia, New Zealand and internationally. Here’s what you’ll do: Project Oversight: Lead a diverse portfolio of water and geotechnical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. People & Internal Initiatives: Inspire and develop your team, fostering a collaborative culture that prioritizes growth and excellence. As an engaging and knowledgeable expert in the industry, with existing local networks, you will continue to drive AECOM’s reputation as a leading consultant on Water projects, as we solve our client’s most complex challengesWith client satisfaction and project delivery forefront, you will ensure our internal structure and skills are set up and continue to provide the best possible service to the market. You will engage with current and prospective clients to build effective relationships resulting in revenue growth, through deepening relationships of trust, best for project delivery and exceptional quality. With extensive experience leading business performance and owning a P&L across a broad range of projects, your record for delivering strong business results will underpin confidence to lead us through a dynamic landscape. You will be a collaborative and influential leader, who is able to build effective relationships with clients, your high performing internal team and other internal stakeholders.
