Remand Program Facilitators will contribute to the delivery of the Remand Programs at DPFC.

Some of your duties will include:

• Supporting, coordinating and facilitating the delivery of a suite of programs and services at DPFC
• Consulting and liaising with prison staff, Offender Services and contracted program providers in relation to program delivery requirements, service linkage and collaboration opportunities
• Monitoring program referrals to ensure adherence to the service delivery model.
