Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of clients’ needs and medical history.
  • Develop and implement individualised massage therapy treatment plans aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing well-being.
  • Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals to integrate massage therapy into comprehensive care plans.
  • Educate clients and their families about the benefits of massage therapy and self-care strategies to promote ongoing well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and any observed changes in clients’ physical conditions.
  • Manage a diverse caseload across both residential aged care and community care settings, ensuring equitable access to therapy services.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and evolving needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Actively participate in professional development, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
