Responsibilities

ROLE INFORMATION

Location: Brighton & Hove
FTE: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £12.31 - £14.51 per hour depending on experinece

WHAT WE WILL ASK YOU TO DO

  • Carrying out essential remedial tasks on water systems and look at minor plumbing repairs.
  • Conducting site surveys to identify areas requiring remedial action and reporting findings.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Producing reports and maintaining records. Documenting assessments with a high attention to detail.
  • Travelling to various clients’ sites. (Full UK driving license essential
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures for all on-site activities. And using the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
