We are on the lookout for a Shower Sealing Technician who wants more than just a job – someone who’s ready to join a high-performing team and take pride in delivering top-quality work.
What type of work will you be doing?
Our jobs are within Sydney CBD, North Shore, Hills District, Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Western Sydney and Inner West. You will complete stunning, high quality shower resealing jobs without removing tiles. The role involves epoxy grouting, silicone sealing, minor tile repairs, and the use of job tracking software to manage daily work.
We allow you to work independently while aligning to company standards and culture, ensuring every job is completed on time, within scope, and to a high visual and functional standard.
You will reseal 2 showers per day, complete on-site visual quote inspections, manage inventory of materials, and have friendly and professional communication with tenants and customers.

Are you the Shower Resealing Technician we need? You will be…

• Ready to go with a white card + driver’s licence
• Experienced - with 3 years in tiling, waterproofing or shower resealing roles
• Able to kneel, crouch for extended periods, and move in tight shower spaces
• A strong communicator, with great problem-solving skills
• Physically fit for the job
• Someone who takes pride in their work and represents the business well on site

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
