Remediation Analyst

  • Bath – up to 2 days working from home after training
  • 12-month fixed term contract
  • £28,000 - £34,000 p/a depending on experience

Our Bath-based client is developing their team, and we’re delighted to be recruiting a Remediation Analyst to join them!
In this role, you will be leading a range of projects across all business areas and delivering end-to-end change within the business. You will be ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, therefore previous experience in financial services is essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous financial services experience is essential
  • Sound understanding of investments and related products
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse large datasets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under own initiative

Responsibilities
  • Supporting internal and external parties with a range of technical issues
  • Identifying and investigating non-compliant transactions and processes
  • Analysing and validating large and complex datasets
  • Creating and presenting formal remediation proposals to key stakeholders
  • Creating reports and dashboards to ensure the business meets regulatory reporting requirements
  • Planning and implementing operational changes as a result of new legislation, products, or services
  • Ensuring procedural documentation is up to date
  • Organising and leading workshops and focus groups
