OVERVIEW

Vantage Point is hiring experienced Data Business Analysts to support a large-scale remediation programme with a leading financial services client. This is a high-profile regulatory programme requiring accurate data analysis, remediation execution, and strong controls to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
We are seeking professionals with proven remediation delivery experience who can apply structured business analysis, data handling, and stakeholder engagement skills to a fast-paced and complex environment.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Approx. 6–10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within financial services
  • Proven experience delivering remediation projects (e.g. PPI, redress, or other regulated remediation)
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to work with large, complex datasets
  • Knowledge of remediation processes, controls, and governance in a regulatory environment
  • Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed business analysis to support remediation activities
  • Analyse and validate large datasets to identify impacted accounts and define remediation populations
  • Document business requirements and functional specifications for remediation solutions
  • Support the design and execution of remediation processes in line with regulatory expectations
  • Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Programme stakeholders to ensure accurate outcomes
  • Track progress, issues, and risks across the remediation lifecycle, escalating as required
  • Produce clear documentation and MI to support governance and reporting
