Jet Aire are looking for a Remediations Scheduler to coordinate all-round lining activities and become the key connection between teams, clients, and success. More about the role: Strategically program and administer all works. Respond to all emails/queries. Be the point of contact and liaison with clients. Point of contact for all Remediation Engineers. Provide general support for the Service Delivery Manager/ Remediations Manager. Contact customers and plan jobs. Scheduling all WIPs on the system. Scoping and reviewing of jobs/footage. Involvement in ensuring driver/ vehicle compliance with ‘O’ Licence requirements. Invoicing knowledge to assist during holidays. Coordinating and booking training. Maintain PPE levels. Administration of My Compliance. Qualifications About you: Experience managing staff in an office or field-based setting. Comfortable using Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills is advantageous Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management. Strong communication skills. Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt. Able to handle multiple priorities and stay focused under pressure.
