Remedy Restaurant Host About The Role: The Host is the guest’s first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of seating chart, reservation system, menus, and guest preferences. The main priority of this role is to provide a warm, friendly, and inviting welcome experience for all patrons. What You Will Do: Responsible for greeting and seating guests in an efficient manner. Manage guest reservations and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. This position will also be responsible for answering the phone, confirming reservations, and making new reservations. This position may also respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. This position must be adaptable as they may be asked to work in any of the Food & Beverage outlets at the property as needed. What You Bring: Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience Strong computer skills to utilize programs such as OpenTable. This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity. Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
