Responsibilities: Responsible for the conveyancing process Handling of email correspondence/queries including sending email to REM for pay-out via MEPS handling the pay-in & pay-out processes are in order Ensuring that pay-out is funded before issuance of cashier’s order or MEPS End of day reconciliation to ensure all instructions are handled/processed Handling of request on cancellation, amendment or urgent request by customers Performing or Check instruction received for issuance of cashier’s order, GIRO and Cheque Inward / Outward Clearing Verify inward clearing cheques for technicalities, ensuring that customers sign according to the specimen, fund received are related to which pay-in. Performing journal entry for cheque / GIRO, cashier’s order Extract report for cheque / GIRO, pay in & pay out & cashier’s order for reconciliation Attending to internal and external customers’ enquiries Extracting system reports for IT security for auditing purposes Retrieve of the image of the cheque or Giro or Fast Transaction Issuance of ATM card/token Perform user acceptance test when required or be involve in any project & testing #LI-DNI
