Conducting under supervisor direction, construction-related tasks such as carpentry, drywall installation, tape bedding, texturing, painting, and form setting.   Essential Job Duties:  * Remodel / Unit Turnover * Assists with apartment turnover. * Supports unit renovations through demo, framing, minor repairs, trim work, hauling/cleanup, and general jobsite assistance. * May operate company truck for the purpose of transporting workers, construction materials, and light equipment * Performs general maintenance duties, such as: carpentry, drywall installation, tape bedding, texturing, painting, and form setting * Completes assigned work orders daily according to work order system policy * Performs minor building and equipment repairs * Maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition * Accomplishes work in the order of priority set by supervisor * Assists, during winter, with snow removal efforts * Performs daily tasks in a safe and workman-like manner in accordance with company policies * Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor   HOSPITALITY FOCUS: Carillon Senior Living fully embraces a culture of hospitality.  To that end, we include the following hospitality promises as a guide for our interpersonal interactions with residents, co-workers, and guests:  1.
