• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to schedule virtual consultations
• Conduct online meetings to assess client goals and present appropriate insurance and financial options
• Recommend solutions based on individual and family financial priorities
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records using CRM software
• Stay informed on product offerings, compliance guidelines, and industry trends
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and professional client experience
