POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for motivated and organized individuals to join our remote team as Account Coordinators. In this entry-level role, you will support internal teams and client-facing processes to ensure account success and smooth operations — all from your home office.

• Assist with managing customer and client accounts
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients
• Track project deliverables and ensure timely follow-ups
• Respond to routine inquiries and provide account updates
• Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed
