Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers. Open and convert new lines of business within existing accounts. Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities including upgrades, renewals, cross-sells, and add-on services. Manage pricing discussions and renewal conversations within established guidelines. Ensure full understanding of client procurement processes to accurately forecast and set expectations. Create value within existing relationships to gain introductions to new contacts, teams, and departments. Manage and forecast an expansion pipeline for services and partner offerings. Requirements 5+ years of B2B sales experience. 1+ years selling custom software, technical platforms, or professional services. 3+ years selling into the manufacturing, healthcare, construction, or financial services industries. Experience managing existing client relationships with revenue responsibility. Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business development. Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. Comfortable working remotely and independently. Benefits Competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 with on-target earnings of $170,000-$200,000. Commission plan based on performance.
