Oversee end-to-end renewal processes to ensure timely execution of contracts and forecasting. Drive incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Align with cross-functional teams to support customer value realization and contract terms. Maintain visibility into renewal performance, pipeline health, and CRM accuracy. Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments. Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms). Advanced English proficiency both written and oral.
