  • Provide exceptional administrative support to clients and internal teams via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Manage and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for both clients and team members.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues with a client-first mindset.
  • Prepare reports, track project progress, and maintain proper documentation for administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and contribute to process improvements.
